The 2025 USCGC INGHAM Association Reunion
is scheduled for September 30th, October 1

and October 2, 2025

at the Doubletree by Hilton in Key West, Florida.


Make plans to be on the fantail of the Cutter INGHAM for all the festivities and beautiful sunsets. Final details, as to activities and costs for the reunion, will be in the spring issue of our newsletter, the Scuttlebutt, and on the Association’s website. 

TUESDAY

September 30, 2025

10:00am - 4:00pm Arrival

  • Registration at the Doubletree Hospitality Room

  • Receive badges, agendas and meal tickets

  • The Hospitality Room will be open on the days and evenings when not aboard the USCGC INGHAM for events

  • Registration Fee includes transportation to an from Hotel/Ship on an air-conditioned 55 Seat Coach Bus

  • Registration Fee $30.00 (Member) and with (Guest) $50

 

4:00pm Board Coach Bus to Ship/Truman Waterfront

4:30pm - 8:30pm Pizza/Sub Party with Open Bar on Cutter INGHAM

  • Fee $15 (Member) and with (Guest) $30

8:30 pm Board Coach Bus back to Doubletree Hotel

WEDNESDAY

October 1, 2025

9:30am  Board Coach Bus to Ship/Truman Waterfront


10:00am–11:00am  The Traditional Memorial Service will be held on the fan-tail of the USCGC INGHAM for shipmates who have crossed the bar since the last reunion in 2023

11:00am- 12:00pm  Tour of Cutter INGHAM (Beverages & Snacks Available)

 

12:30pm Board Bus for return trip to hotel. (Afternoon Free Time)

 

1:00-3:30pm - Free Time

 

4:00pm Board Bus for trip to Green St & Elizabeth St. Seaport Harbor

 

4:30pm Sunset Cruise on a Fury Catamaran (Sunset is 7:15) 

  • Fee $25 (Member) and with (Guest) $50

 

8:00pm Board Bus for return trip to hotel

THURSDAY

October 2, 2025

9:30am- 10:30am INGHAM Association Business Meeting at Hotel Old/New Business, Elections of officers for 2025-2022


10:30-4:00 Free Time to explore Key West and local museums and points of interest. The Doubletree has an hourly Shuttle Downtown


5:30pm Doubletree Hotel Cocktail Hour - Hors D'oeuvres with a Cash Bar (Mini Conch Fritters and Mini Beef Wellington)


6:30pm Awards Banquet Plated Dinner (Select a number)

  1. Grilled Mahi Mahi with a mango salsa

  2. Chicken Madeira- Grilled chicken breast and madeira sauce

  3. Sliced Roast Sirloin burgundy demi-glace

  • Fee $55 (Member) and with (Guest)​ $110


All meals come with Bread & Butter, a Tropical Spinach Salad, Seasonal
Vegetable Medley, Thyme Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes and Key Lime Pie
